TLS Web Solutions was founded by Tim Selaty Sr. (Father) and Tim Selaty Jr. (Son) with the determination to improve and help businesses grow. They pursued web development and marketing as freelance providers prior to starting up the joint venture in early 2008.

What really inspired the team to start the company, was seeing the great need of many small, but important business’s and organizations on the web who had overlooked their website’s presence as important role in their growth.

Tim Sr.: Is happily married to his wife of 24 years. He is also the father of 3 wonderful children. Tim Sr. has been actively working on the web since 1995 and began with selling antiques and collectibles online through venues such as eBay and Amazon. He has since mastered many different web skills including social media’s, analytics & reporting, and the zen-like process of creating new intuitive ideas.

Tim Jr.: has had an interest in computer technology since childhood. Tim Jr. began gaining real programming and web development experience in high school when he was asked to help design and develop his high school’s website.

That same year Tim Jr. began working with his first client designing Microsoft Share Point Themes. His determination to learn all that is new in the web and master modern web programming technology is what has set him apart from his competitors to this day.
