i followed the article exactly right but the visionary theme is not appearing in my themes collection.. I even done iisreset..
But no visionary theme appearing

and it seems your suggestion was the fix thanks … the core.css went bye bye

I decided to fix yours instead of trying to fix the others so far so good however I still need to figure out how to get back to defaults just in case.

I restarted IIS reapplied old ones they all keep tapping into your portal CSS..

Also, I believe the issue is that you copied the entire STYLES folder instead of copying the files inside of the STYLES folder.

Can you verify that the file C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\1033\STYLES\core.css exists?

This template has caused all my other templates to go haywire I can’t switch theme back to any old and it throws an error

Cannot make a cache safe URL for “styles/portal.css”, file not found. Please verify that the file exists under the layouts directory.

Will have to do a full reinstall of Sharepoint to clean up templates from these corrupt files any other suggestions
