I had a simular problem with the video popup, it just sat there continously loading without luck, I then created a menu item for the video page an vola it worked.

Hope that helps if anyone else gets stuck and has the same problem.

I have found a potential source of this issue. NiceChat overwrites the azrul plugin with an older, legacy version. I’m still digging around to see if I can get NiceChat to play …nice with the latest version of JomSocial. To avoid reinstalling JomSocial in it’s entirety, you can…

1: Uninstall the Azrul System Mambot
2: delete {joomla}/plugins/system/pc_includes
3: Extract the com_community package.
4: Install the plugin located at {com_community}/site/azrul.zip
5: Profit!
